Delicious slice of tiramisu cake with cocoa powder, served with berries.

Everyone we know remembers the first time they took a bite out of a cold, creamy tiramisu like it was yesterday. That's because that sumptuous first bite begins you on a lifetime journey of addiction to the creamy Italian dessert.

With layers upon layers of spongy cake (the particular recipe in this video calls for spongy lady fingers), whipped cream, light, fluffy cheese, and a distinct bittersweet flavoring of espresso, tiramisu is like the food of the gods.

Enjoy yet another version of the classic Italian treat by watching this food video. Top your tiramisu off with a copious sprinkling of cocoa powder and then gobble it up as fast as possible, because once your family gets a hold of this there will be nothing left.

Ingredients:

20 sponge finger (lady fingers)

1 cup sugar

4 eggs (separated)

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1 1/2 cups mascarpone cheese

2 cups espresso (sweetened to your liking)
