It's impossible to not fall in love with these sticky buns! You will need: 2 1/2 cups high gluten flour, 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour, 1 1/2 package active dry yeast, 1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon salt, 1/2 cup cold water, 6 eggs, 11 ounces unsalted butter, 1 1/2 sticks of mor ebutter, 1 3/4 cups light brown sugar, 1/3 cup honey, 1/3 cup heavy cream, 1/3 cup water, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon and 1 cup toasted pecan halves.
