Everyone loves bread pudding, here is a simple recipe you can make at home. Follow along with this cooking how-to video to learn how simple bread pudding is to bake in your own kitchen. Once your bread pudding is done drizzle it with a warm caramel sauce.

Ingredients for bread pudding and caramel sauce:
6 eggs
32 oz of light cream/half and half
1 cup raisins
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 cups any dry day old bread or croissants

Bake @ 350F or 180C for 50 minutes

Sauce:
4oz Butter
2 Tablespoons corn syrup
2/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup heavy cream
