For this recipe, you will need: 1 pound butter, 8 large eggs, 24 ounces semisweet chocolate, 2 1/4 cups sugar, 1 1/3 cups flour, 2 1/4 tablespoons vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, 12 ounces semisweet chocolate, 5 cups confectioner's sugar, 2 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, 3 tablespoons peppermint extract, 24 ounces bittersweet chocolate and 3 ounces white chocolate.
