Combine the egg yolks, and sugar together first in a large mixing bowl. After this, use a spatula to fold in the egg yolk with the cheese until it's well combined. Now, take your lady fingers and quickly dunk them into the coffee. Lay these onto your dish until it's covered, then spread on your filling. Take another layer of lady fingers and continue to layer until the cake is finished. Sprinkle some cocoa powder on the top, then eat and enjoy!
