Erin Mckenna, the founder of BabyCakes NYC, gives us a tip on how to make the vegan brownies chewy.

• We have to take the vegan brownies out the oven a little bit earlier and this gives the chewy texture.

• We don't have to worry about the brownies being undercooked as they have no eggs in it. So the batter sure tastes good even if it is half-way cooked.

So if you want your brownies to be melty and chewy inside just take it out of the oven a bit earlier. Enjoy your Vegan Brownies!
