How to Make chocolate quesadillas with Guy Fieri

Guy Fieri shows you how to make chocolate quesadillas. Start with chipotle and cyanne powder becuase heat goes well with chocolate. Now a little cinnimon, go heavy with some cocoa powder, and add a little salt. Now blend this mixture in a bowl. Butter both sides of a tortilla to help toast it, then put it in a frying pan. Break up white chocolate and put it on the tortilla, then add bitter chocolate and add a sprinkle of the chipotle blend and put another buttered tortilla ontop. Put this over heat to let the chocolate melt and the tortilla crisp. When its done add chocolate suace, a little more of the chipotle mix, and some icecream on the side.
