How to Make dark caramel, bittersweet chocolate, fleur de sel truffles

YUM. Truffles. Start out this recipe by first making the filling, which is done by combining a melted chocolate (bittersweet chocolate in this video) and a very thin caramel base. When that's all done, you'll chill it while you prepare and roll the truffles into pretty shapes for Valentine's Day. This is a wonderful desert, and it doesn't have to be Valentine's to enjoy it.
