For this recipe, you will need: 1/2 cup cocoa, 1 cup water, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 cup brown rice flour, 3/4 cup buckwheat flour, 1/4 cup tapioca flour, 1/2 cup teff flour, 2 cups sugar or rapadura, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon guar gum, 2 eggs, 1 cup buttermilk, 3/4 cup vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon vanilla.
