tastyfoodtv teaches the viewers how to make Italian chocolate cake in this video. First gather all the ingredients necessary. You'll need 200 grams of almonds, 100 grams of nuts, 6 eggs, 200 grams of butter, 200 grams of dark chocolate, 200 grams of sugar, and yeast for cakes. Break the chocolate into small pieces in a medium-sized bowl. Put the bowl on top of a pot filled with water and put it on the stove. This method will allow the boiling water beneath to melt the chocolate. Next put pieces of butter with the chocolate. Stir until the chocolate has melted and incorporated with the butter. Crack the eggs and separate the yolk from the whites. Put the yolks in the chocolate mixture and mix well. Add the sugar and yeast while mixing. Next add nuts and almonds, still stirring steadily. Once all the ingredients have incorporated, beat the egg whites with a mixture until it is foamy and fully beaten. Add the beaten egg whites into the chocolate mixture. Use a wooden spatula to incorporate everything. Take a cake pan and butter up the sides and bottom. Spread a handful of flour and shake the pan so that the flour is evenly distributed throughout the entire surface of the pan. Dump the excess flour out. Pour the chocolate mixture into the floured and buttered pan. Put it into a 220 degree oven placing the pan about 3 feet above the heat (on the top rack) for 50 minutes. Add powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
