3/4 cups butter
2 1/2 cups of icing sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence (artificial vanilla)
1. Cream the butter in a medium bowl
2. Add the icing sugar, one cup at a time then mix.
3. Add the vanilla essence and continue creaming 'till smooth.
4. Put the icing on the cupcake
