How to Make your own white chocolate ice cream at home

This is a great recipe to start with if you've never made ice cream at home before. To make about a quart of ice cream, you will need an ice cream maker and: 2 cups light cream, 4 eggs, 12 ounces coarsely chopped white chocolate, 1 1/2 cups sugar and 2 cups heavy cream.
