Make wholesome blueberry muffins

In this video from Angie of OverTheKitchenCounter.com, we learn how to make wholesome blueberry muffins. Muffins are great because they're so quick and easy to make and almost everyone loves a nice warm muffin from the oven. S let's get started. The first thing you want to do is combine your dry ingredients in a large bowl. Those ingrediets are: 1 3/4 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Stir those together and make a well in the center. In another bowl we cream together 1/4 cup of softened butter with 1/2 cup of granulated sugar. Cream those together until the sugar is sort of dissolved into the butter. Beat in one large egg until it's nice and smooth. Now mix in 3/4 cup of milk and a teaspoon of vanilla. Next, pour the wet ingredients into the well you made in the dry ingredients. Stir that together to moisten the flour. Now, in another bowl, toss together 1 cup of either fresh or frozen blueberries with a tablespoon of flour. The flour helps prevent your batter from turning all blue. Then, fold the blueberries into your batter. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. We're going to bake these for about 25 minutes, until they're nice and golden on the top. Put the batter in a greased muffin pan. You'll have for about twelve muffins. On top, put some course sugar if you want a sweet crunch, but this is optional. After 25 minutes, take them out of the muffin pan and let them cool on a rack. Enjoy!
