Bake & frost a carrot cake

This how-to video is about how to bake and frost a carrot cake.

Ingredients required:

1)Grated carrots
2)Confectioner sugar
3)All purpose flour
4)Vegetable oil
5)Granulated sugar
6)Light brown sugar
7)Four eggs
8)Chopped walnuts
9)Fresh milk
10)Baking powder
11)Baking soda
12)Grounded cinnamon
13)Cream cheese
14)Melted butter
15)Vanilla extract
16)Salt

Procedure: To the flour add baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a bowl and mix them well. Then in a separate bowl add granulated sugar and light brown sugar to the eggs and mix them using electric blender. Then add vegetable oil, fresh milk and vanilla extract and mix them at low speed. Then add the flour and other mixture to this bowl and continue to mix the content slowly using electric blender. After completely mixing all the ingredients add graded carrot to the mixture and stir the mixture completely. Then add chopped walnuts and mix them. Then take a baking pan and spray baking spray along the sides. Now transfer the mix to the baking pan and bake them. Simultaneously take the cream cheese in a mixing bowl and mix them. Then add melted butter and some vanilla extract to this and mix them thoroughly. Slowly add confectioner sugar to this mixture by continuing mixing. Once the cake is baked, transfer it to a flat tray covered with wax paper. Pour the cheese mixture over the cake and spread them evenly over the surface. Then take another cake any place it over the cake applied with the cheese frosting. Then add the cheese frosting on the top of this cake, add more frosting on the entire cake in such a manner that no part of the cake is visible outside.
