A raspberry yogurt kuchen is a German type of cake that is a healthier alternative to a lot of the junk food out there. This dessert is incredibly delicious. Kuchen is a cheesecake like dessert that is very simple to make and smells so good while it bakes you will make your neighbors jealous!
You Will Need:
*1-1/2 cups all purpose flour
*1/2 cup sugar
*1-1/2 tsp baking powder
*1/3 cup butter
*2 egg whites
*1 tsp vanilla
*3 cups raspberries, fresh or frozen (not thawed)

*2 Tbsp flour
*2 cups low-fat yogurt
*1 egg, lightly beaten
*2/3 cup sugar
*2 tsp grated lemon rind
*1 tsp vanilla
*an oven preheated to 350 F (180 C) for 70 minutes
