Batter:
1-1/4 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup sugar
2 Tbsp butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup milk
350 degrees F, 8" greased pan, 30-40 minutes
